Overcharging Sales Tax

I've been a customer for several years and was mostly satisfied. Sometimes the wine selections were sparse, but generally it was fine and the prices fair. Recently I discovered they have been overcharging the sales tax for my location. When I reached out to customer service, they credited one order only. I asked if they could fix it for future orders and was told they could not. Very poor customer service. I will have to reach out to my state attorney general to receive reimbursement for the years of overcharges. Check your taxes carefully if you order.

When I called I was immediately connected to multiple solicitations. Ranging from fall alerts, car insurance, homeowners insurance, direct tv and Medicare discounts.I called at 14:04pm at 12:15pm I hung up thinking it was a wrong number even though the greeting was welcome to wine insiders.

This happened a couple of attempts later and researching other possible numbers to call. I finally got an agent. She explained this is how you keep people in que to be answered. This method is very annoying and misleading.

Please consider music with the occasional interruption to say either where customers are in que or the estimated wait time.

I had no idea I was waiting for a representative during any of this. My time is valuable, as is the time of other customers, and I didn't appreciate

all of those solicitations.

Preferred solution: Just getting rid of the immense number of solicitations while on hold, and actually lowering I’m on hold instead of part of a spam call.

User's recommendation: Have a lot of time if you’re calling, wine selections, and prices are great.

I thought I could place a second order under the $60 offer, but it was declined. I assume that obly on order is allowed under this offer.

I was charge $106 on my American Express card for a case of wine that was never delivered

Delivery lost when guarantees

I never get my shipment in time. I called customer service and they were of no help. Its very upsetting since I sent so many people their way. I dont think Ill order from them again and Word of mouth will not be good.

Poor customer service

Ordered January 1. No response re shipping. Finally after 7 days they said it was shipped. Expect arrival 1/12 then 1/13. Nothing. Called because u have to be there and sign for it. Delayed again. Not waiting anymore. Good wine at decent prices but this is ridiculous. I can't believe they expect us to wait and sign for delivery when they can't let us know when it will arrive. I will go to Total Wine. Sad. This company has been better than this.

Pissed consumer

Website was down

I needed to place an order and the website was not working . Ultimately I was able to place my order by phone however it took calls and over an hour of time. Not very efficient.

Wrong shipping address

I placed an order and they did not ask me the shipping address. This is a gift and I am afraid it will come back to my house rather than be shipped to the people that I intended on giving the gift to.
